DESCRIPTION: We begin with a guided warm-up in order to open the body through manipulation of the articulations with WuoTai osteo massage in duos. This will evolve into Rolling Compression\, a somatic deep tissue moving massage  Then flowing on to 'Deep Contact dance\, contact improvisation with the influence and depth of Butoh dance\, (slow motion) and the previous massages.   While developing a dialogue through improvised movement\, there is a potential process of an expansion of the body\, transforming our energy and cerebral state\,  blosoming of our souls  within the symbiosis of the dance.  Carey Jeffries is a dancer\, masseuse\, visual artist and yogini.  Nous commencons avec un échauffement  guidé de manipulations en Wuo Tai Osteo Massage une technique qui libère les articulations.
